Change/Return merchandise

The goods purchased in the wrong colour or size may be replaced after the customer’s notice within 7 days of receipt thereof.
Damaged products or wear signs of any kind or without the tags attached will not be replaced.

To initiate a merchandise change procedure, proceed as follows:

1) Make sure that the products are in the same conditions as you have received them, they must have all the tags attached and must not show signs of wear or washing. An article must be made intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging;
2) Send an email to “” by inserting the phrase as an object: “Request for merchandise change” followed by your order number.
Also, describe in the mail the problem found (wrong size, merchandise does not conform to the order, etc.) and specify the items to be changed and with which providing the following data: Product name, size and color. All these data can be found on the page of the respective product.
3) Upon receipt by LA PRIMULA ROSSA the authorization to return the goods carefully in the original or similar carton;
4) Close the package thoroughly with the Scotch tape;

Changes will be accepted only if shipped via trackable parcel.

6) Once received the goods we will contact you to give you the result of the return and if accepted we will make the change of merchandise. The substitute goods will be shipped only after you have received the products to be changed. The change of an article provides time for about 10-15 days from the date of receipt of the return, however variable depending on the availability of the items substitute.
We remind you that the shipping costs are always borne by the recipient except in those cases where there was a mistake in sending the goods by LA PRIMULA ROSSA

In case the goods are not available The Red Primrose will issue a voucher of the value of the purchased goods or perform the complete reversal according to the agreements made with the customer.


The refund is issued if there is a return without a new exchange/replacement order, or in the case of cancellation of pre-paid and unshipped items.
In case of cancellation the amount is refunded to the customer’s Paypal account (or to the credit card used with the time provided by the banking system).
The reimbursement is not included in the shipping costs related to the shipment from the seller to the customer.


A defective or non-conforming article must be made complete, intact, in its original pouch always within 10 days of the date of delivery. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the expenses incurred for shipping The return will also be refunded.
